17) Trading
a) Trading will be allowed at all times except from 2 weeks prior to the playoffs, until the completion of the league championship game. The dates/times this takes affect will be specified in the league calendar.
b) Trading will be allowed between teams that are paid in full for the current season.
c1) You may trade a player you have placed on injured reserve, but he will remain on IR for the new team.
c2). Players that are currently on an owners Taxi Squad can be traded . The new owner can place the player on his Taxi Squad for the remainder of his existing contract if he has room on the TS .
d) Trades can involve players & draft picks with owners responsible for ensuring trades do not put their teams over the roster limits.
e) To trade a first round draft pick you must pay half of your entry fee for the next season. To trade all of your picks full payment for the following season is required.
f) You may not trade in the off-season until you have paid for the upcoming year.
g) Conditional trades and future considerations shall not be acknowledged.
h) Owners are responsible for responding to trade offers from other owners in a reasonable amount of time. Trade offers that go unanswered should be reported to the commissioner.
i) Trades will only be overturned by the Commissioner in cases of collusion by a league vote.
