2015 Important Dates:
April 1st
The new league year starts. All existing teams declare whether they are in or out of the dispersal draft
Player contracts are adjusted by -1 year. 0 year contracts at that point are dropped with those players becoming unrestricted free agents.
Salaries increase by 10%, as well as all other required salary adjustments are completed at this time.
Ineligible TS players are moved back to their team's active roster or waived.
All Holdout players must be signed or placed on the TS
April 8th
Dispersal draft order set and list of all players/salaries/existing contracts is finalized and circulated
April 12th
Start dispersal draft with a 24 hr clock (more on the logistics on the dispersal draft later)
May 17th
Rookie draft
June 15th until completion
Unrestricted Free Agent Pool opens for bidding via league auction
Aug 1st
Free Agent Blind Bidding Waivers commence.
Aug 15th:
Final Season Contact Extensions Closed.
Taxi Squad demotion closed. (moved due to league vote in 2014)
Commencement of NFL Week 5 games:
Player Contract Extension deadline
Commencement of NFL Week 12 games:
Trading / TS Activation deadline
Commencement of NFL Week 14 games:
Playoffs Begin.
NFL Week 16:
Championship Game
