3) Rosters, Starting Lineups

a) A complete roster is 45 . However you can be under the roster but must have $1 per player room in the cap for every player under the complete roster of 45.

As an example if you have a 40 man roster you must stay $5 under cap etc.




1) Off season is from after week 16 until Feb 28th @ 11:59 PM. Rosters will be cut back down to 45 at this point.

2) Rosters are made up of QB, RB, WR, TE, DT, DE, LB, CB, S
b) Starting Lineup:

20 total -- 9 IOP / 11 IDP

1 WR/TE Flex

I guess its the punter you have forgot to remove from the ByLaws :-)

How about Kickers? I see them listed on as part of the roster makeup, but not part of the starting lineup. Also, the kickers that would have been eligible for the dispersal draft are not listed on the spreadsheet. Are we abandoning kickers this year?

That's a good question.

And actually the answer is yes. Last August - before the 2014 season, the kicker was axed. A vote went 8-4 for getting rid of the kicker, so for this season at least, we will play without a kicker.

I think, with a new set of owners, it would be a good idea to see, if we still think, this is the right way to do it. When we get past the dispersal draft, the rookie draft and UFA auction,I think we should go through the bylaws to see if this group of owners want to change some things.
