The schedule for the inaugural season will follow the same dates that we use for future seasons with the exception of the startup date;
1) The startup auction will begin on Tuesday, May 28th at 9 AM ET and will follow all of the same rules listed under "Free Agent Auction" rules.
3) Teams must fill out all 45 spots on their roster
3) Contract lengths will be due one week after the conclusion of the auction.
4) Rookies and veterans acquired in the startup auction must be assigned contracts ranging from 1-5 years.
5) If you wish to place a rookie on your TS he must be applied a 3 year contract
6) Dates have been added to the Important Dates section to cover the Inaugural season
7) Rules 2-5 are the same as when acquiring rookies/free agents in the annual UFA Auction

Sean - I think you may want to send out the rules document again. I think you were going to make some revisions.

Sean - I think you may want to send out the rules document again. I think you were going to make some revisions. I can do that tomorrow-the only thing that was changed is eliminating the punter position and setting the date and other rules for the inaugural auction. All of the other rules already existed.

Ohh too bad, this would have been my first league with a punter position... It was a 7-5 vote and your predecessor was a no vote so too bad you weren't in before the vote! A tie would not have been enough to get rid of the position.

So in the inaugural auction we have 1000 bucks to spend total, and we can choose to spent it all or just a portion of it right? pretty much the only benefit of not spending it all is having cap space to sign players from teams that dont have the cap space? am I off here/

Cap room is always nice and your players salaries will increase every year. Sorry it took so long to get back to you here. I check the MB on the site every day but I don't check here as often.
