16) Blind Bid and FCFS Waivers
a) After the annual free agent auction is completed, all free agents are handled by waiver process.
b) All free agents signed during the blind bidding waiver periods automatically receive 1 year contracts and expire the following March 1 unless they are signed to a contract extension (prior to August 15).
c) Between the end of the free agent auction and the start of the first week 1 game, free agent acquisitions can be made via blind bidding waiver periods every week as defined in the league calendar.
d) Commencing Week 1 of the NFL regular season and ending at the commencement of Week 16 games, there will be a blind bidding waiver period each week as defined in the league calendar. It starts after the Monday night game and will end on Wednesday.
e) From the commencement of Week 16 games, there will be no free agent pick-ups until the free agent auction draft next season.
f) The salaries of the players acquired via the blind bidding waivers will be based on the winning dollar amount bid during the bid submission process.
g) The league will not grant additional money to teams for the free agent blind bidding process.
h) Teams will use their existing salary cap to acquire free agents.
i) Teams cannot exceed the salary cap while acquiring free agents.
j) The minimum bid for a free agent is $1 and all bids are in $1 or higher increments.
k) For teams that bid the same dollar value, ties will be broken according to;

2 - Points Scored
l) The commissioner will only accept free agent acquisition bids on the forms provided on the leagues website.
m) The commissioner will only accept email from the owner if the league website is down.
n) Each team will be able to buy an unlimited amount of free agents per week/year depending on the team's salary cap room and roster space.
o) Once the owner makes a bid request, the owner cannot rescind or replace it with another request after the bidding deadline.
p) Free agent blind bids are to be submitted as per the time frames specified in the league calendar.
